In February 2000 we gathered in Sweden and founded the European Institute for Technology & Innovation Management (EITIM) in order to develop and promote teaching, research, and application of technology and innovation management in Europe.

We believe it is of vital importance to strengthen and expand academic and industrial capabilities of technology-related teaching, research and application of economics, management and entrepreneurship, at primarily technical universities.

To interact with the academic and industrial environment we build collaborative networks using modern organizational and technical means for exchange of personnel and information (e.g. case material), relying primarily on local and self-financing modes.
